Surf, when I can get near big enough waves. My heart is in the ocean as much as it is in classic rock. I will never live far from salt water. I even have a ring that I wear every day with engraved waves on it. I find the power of a wave so challenging. It’s very empowering to feel that you can master Mother Nature, even for a little while.
My favourite band:
AC/DC (specifically the blues-y Bon Scott days)... Those tunes can always get me up.
My favourite song:
Little Lover... Such a sexy, rough, and dirty blues-rock song. My style to a T.

Warped Tour... Back in high school.

As of yet... Iron Maiden... I think I was on an energy high the entire f***ing time.
My rock fantasy:
Quite literally, to have this job. I’d do it for free. Classic rock is my life; I’m always thinking about it and that’s the honest truth. (Almost to my detriment.)
Why I should be the Classic Rock 101 Rock Girl:
Like I said, this music is what I survive on. For a girl my age I’m constantly getting remarks such as, "How old are you again? How do you know so much about XX guitarist, or XX band?!" I love to talk about music, and to know about music. All my friends will tell you that, for their lives, they can’t get me to stop talking about my favourite classic rock bands. If you’re looking for a Rock Girl who’s not just some pin-up, but who actually knows her stuff, you’ve found her in me.
