HOW TO PICK UP YOUR PRIZE!
Hey were you lucky enough to win a prize from ROCK 101? Well here is the 4-1-1 on everything you will need to know about picking up your prize.
CALL 1st BEFORE COMING DOWN TO PICK UP YOUR PRIZE
To avoid the hassle of coming down to the station and your prize not being in please call 1st and check with reception to see if it is in. Concert tickets usually do not arrive here until a week or two after the on-sale date and cd's usually a week after they are given away. But it's always best to giive us a call 1st before coming down.. the number to call is. 604-331-2808.

- Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5pm
- Saturday, Sunday & Holidays - CLOSED
If you are coming down to the station to pick up your prize, please be here before 5pm as no one can gain entry to the building after that time.
WHERE IS ROCK 101?
We are located at Suite 2000 - 700 West Georgia St. in Vancouver, BC.
WHERE DO I PARK?
We are located in The TD Tower above Pacific Centre. There is ample amounts of paid parking in the lot below the building, You can enter the parking lot from Howe St or Robson St.
WHAT DO I NEED TO PICK UP MY PRIZE?
One piece of Government PHOTO ID such as a driver's license, passport or BC ID card. We do not accept any expired photo ID and have final say on whether you will be awarded the prize or not. All prizes are controlled by the station until released to you.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE PICK UP MY PRIZE?
Of course you can... but here is what you have to do. Before you send someone down to pickup your prize, we need you to please Fax us (604-331-2722) the following information:
- A photo copy of your drivers license (or government photo ID). It has to be clear, we can't accept a black square or your friend/courier will be turned away.
- A note saying what prize you won, who is coming to pick up the prize, and that you release Classic Rock 101 from any responsibility of the prizes from this point forward.
- Your signature and contact info. We recommend a work or mobile phone number in case we need to contact you during the day.
Once we have these items and they are in order, we can release your prize.
CAN YOU MAIL ME MY PRIZE?
Yes and No.
Yes… CD's, DVD's and other small prizes can be mailed if you send us a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with a note saying what prize you won and that you will not hold ROCK 101 responsible if you do not receive your prize. A Self Addressed Stamped Envelope is basically a small envelope with the correct postage inside a bigger envelope with the correct postage to get back to you. Make sure that the envelope you send in is big enough for us to mail you prize back to you. You can also send a courier to pick up your prize if you are unable to make it down to the station. Before sending a courier please send a fax with a copy of your driver's license and a note saying which courier company will be picking it up to our receptionist's attention and follow the SAME instructions in the section above. No... We do not mail out any prizes worth $50 or more. Trips must be claimed in person as waivers must be signed.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PICK UP MY PRIZE?
You have 30 days to pick up your prize. Concert tickets and movie passes must be picked up by 5pm the day of the show. We do not leave tickets at Will Call.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRIZE?
No. We alot a certain amount of prizes to be given away each day and do not have the inventory to exchange prizes.
MOVIE PASSES
If you have won a movie pass, we cant express to you the importance of getting to the theatre early as seating is based on a first come first served basis.
The theatre is deliberately overbooked and these passes do not gurantee you a seat. If you arrive late you will not be admitted to the movie. At each movie premiere there will be a bag check to assure that no recording devices make it into the theatre. If you are caught with a recording device you will be removed from the theatre.
CONCERT CANCELLATIONS
If you won tickets to a concert from ROCK 101 and it ends up being cancelled, we unfortunately can not give out replacement tickets to another concert. Cancellations are completely out of ROCK 101's control.
AWARDING PRIZES
Classic Rock 101 has the final decision in any matter relating to the prize and awarding of any prize won either on-air or online.
