This year Bright Nights in Stanley Park features over 3 million lights. This magnificent display is operated and installed by 800 firefighters who work over 8,000 hours to set it up over three months. Bright Nights attracts 200,000 visitors every year. there is a train ride, music, snacks and of course Santa. Admission is by small donation all of which goes to the burn fund helping victims all over B.C.

Canyon Lights at the Capilano Suspension Bridge is beautiful and a must do if you like heights. Treetops Adventure is a series of seven suspension bridges attached to eight 250 years old Douglas-firs with viewing platforms, reaching up to 110 feet above the forest floor. they are the tallest Christmas trees in the world. Music , food and much more. proceeds benefit several charities
