Hey it’s Scott Alan,
AC/DC’s classic “Thunderstruck” may actually help in the treatment of cancer. Research from the University of South Australia has found that loud music — in this case “Thunderstruck” — during chemotherapy has been effective at improving the effectiveness of the drug.
The vibration caused by the music cause silicon micro particles carrying the chemotherapy drug camptothecin to bounce. As a result, it covers the cancerous cell more evenly and creates a coating that prevents the drug from escaping.
The healing power of rock!
